One calm system for the whole grocery store.
A clickable product blueprint for a Canadian grocery operation doing roughly $10–20M per year. Every role gets only the tools it needs, while the Kuberan store box keeps the business running locally—even when the internet or store Wi‑Fi fails.

Every sale is committed to the register’s SQLite database first. Synchronization happens safely afterward.
Screens prioritize exceptions and plain-language tasks instead of filling every inch with metrics.
AI may read invoices, classify bank lines and explain trends. It cannot silently alter sales, cash, tax or inventory ledgers.
The Java server and SQLite database live on the store box. Cloud services improve the product but are never required to open the doors.
