Let’s get your store running.
No server administration is required. Follow the six guided steps; Kuberan tests each part before the store goes live.
1. Check the store box
Connect power and one network cable to your router or switch. Wi‑Fi can be added later, but the store box should use a wired connection.
The store box is the local hub. Registers may use Wi‑Fi, but the box is more reliable when directly connected to the network.
2. Name and secure the store
This information appears on receipts, reports, device pairing and backups.
3. Choose the store network
The box advertises a local name so devices can find it without typing an IP address.
4. Register and license the store
Every installation is claimed to a verified Kuberan owner account. The signed license is cached locally so the cloud is not needed during checkout.
5. Pair registers and handhelds
Install the Kuberan app from the store box or approved app store, then enter this one-time pairing code. Pairing is limited by the signed device entitlements.
6. Test store hardware
Choose each lane and Kuberan will guide a print, scan, scale, drawer and payment-terminal test.
7. Protect the store
Backups are automatic, encrypted and tested. The owner keeps one recovery code away from the store box.
Your store box is ready and licensed.
Registration, signed entitlements, local checkout, synchronization, backups and hardware tests passed. You can import products or start with a guided sample catalogue.
